Нехирургические методы лечения осложнений дентальной имплантации. Перспективы применения инфракрасного лазерного излучения при лечении мукозита и периимплантита

Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор литературных источников, электронных баз данных, посвященный консервативным методам лечения мукозита и периимплантита. Проведен анализ результатов использования диодных лазеров, генерирующих излучение в инфракраcной области электромагнитного спектра. Обозначены перспективы дальнейшего развития, проблемные моменты использования данного типа лазера в имплантологической практике. Освещены вопросы бактерицидного влияния лазера на микроорганизмы периимплантатных тканей, термического эффекта лазера, возможности повреждения поверхности имплантата лазерным излучением, биостимулирующее и противовоспалительное действие лазера, а также его использование в качестве вспомогательного инструмента для улучшения очистки поверхности имплантата, ускорения остеоинтеграции, контроля апикальной миграции и формирования стабильного прикрепления.
