Евдокимова» Минздрава России<country>Россия</country></aff><aff xml:lang="en">Evdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry<country>Russian Federation</country></aff></aff-alternatives><aff-alternatives id="aff-3"><aff xml:lang="ru">ФГБУ «Национальный медицинский исследовательский центр оториноларингологии» ФМБА России<country>Россия</country></aff><aff xml:lang="en">National Medical Research Center for Otorhinolaryngology<country>Russian Federation</country></aff></aff-alternatives><pub-date pub-type="collection"><year>2023</year></pub-date><pub-date pub-type="epub"><day>13</day><month>08</month><year>2024</year></pub-date><volume>27</volume><issue>4</issue><fpage>26</fpage><lpage>34</lpage><permissions><copyright-statement>Copyright &amp;#x00A9; Князьков В.Б., Праздников Э.Н., Дайхес Н.А., 2024</copyright-statement><copyright-year>2024</copyright-year><copyright-holder xml:lang="ru">Князьков В.Б., Праздников Э.Н., Дайхес Н.А.</copyright-holder><copyright-holder xml:lang="en">Knyazkov V.B., Prazdnikov E.N., Daikhes N.A.</copyright-holder><license license-type="creative-commons-attribution" xlink:href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.</license-p></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://goslasmed.elpub.ru/jour/article/view/859">https://goslasmed.elpub.ru/jour/article/view/859</self-uri><abstract><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы: обоснование целесообразности выполнения лазерной скульптурной увулопалатопластики больным ронхопатией и синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: обоснована целесообразность использования метода лазерной скульптурной увулопалатопластики, позволяющего минимизировать хирургическую травму сухожильно-мышечной пластинки при вапоризации патологически измененных тканей мягкого нёба, что подтверждается результатами операции у 309 больных с ронхопатией и синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна при наблюдении за ними в течение 5 и более лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: результаты применения лазерной скульптурной увулопалатопластики для полноценного избавления больных ронхопатией и синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна от ночного храпа и связанных с ним осложнений свидетельствуют не только о безопасности выполнения и высокой эффективности (98,4 % случаев) данного хирургического вмешательства, но и о стойкости полученных результатов на протяжении 5 и более лет после операции.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: лазерная скульптурная увулопалатопластика, выполняемая с тщательным соблюдением техники оперирования и после отбора, проводимого с помощью комплексной системы дифференцированного обследования, является безопасным и эффективным методом лечения больных ронхопатией и синдромом обструктивного апноэ сна, обеспечивающим стойкое и полноценное избавление их от ночного храпа и его осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: to background the reasonability in performing laser sculptural uvulopalatoplasty in patients with ronchopathy and obstructive apnea sleep syndrome.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: the authors back grounded the application of laser sculptural uvulopalatoplasty in patients with ronchopathy and obstructive apnea sleep syndrome. This technique allows to minimize surgical trauma of the tendon-muscle plate during vaporization of pathologically altered soft palate tissues which is confirmed by outcomes after surgery in 309 patients with ronchopathy and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who were under follow-up observation for 5 years and more.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: outcomes after laser sculptural uvulopalatoplasty demonstrate not only complete relief of patients of ronchopathy and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (result of night snoring) and related complications, but also demonstrate safety and high efficiency (98.4%) of this surgical intervention and stable preservation of the obtained results during 5 years or more after surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: laser sculptural uvulopalatoplasty, performed under the careful observation of surgical technique and after careful selection of patients after comprehensive differentiated examination is a safe and effective method for treating patients with ronchopathy and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
