В исследование включено 35 пациентов с местнораспространенным раком толстой кишки. Основную группу составили 17 больных, которым в комплексе с плановым хирургическим лечением проводилась интраоперационная фотодинамическая терапия. В контрольную группу вошли 18 пациентов, которым проведено только хирургическое лечение. Для фотодинамической терапии применялся фотосенсибилизатор фотолон и диодный лазер «Лахта-Милон» с длиной волны 662 нм и мощностью до 2,5 Вт. Доставка излучения проводилась посредством кварцполимерного световода диаметром 600 мкм.</p><p>   Результаты и обсуждение. В основной группе наблюдались более положительные ближайшие и отдаленные результаты лечения пациентов местнораспространенным раком толстой кишки по сравнению с контрольной группой (длительность госпитализации, количество ремиссий, рецидивов и летальности).</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение. Интраоперационная фотодинамическая терапия улучшает результаты комбинированного лечения пациентов с местно-распространенным раком толстой кишки.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Purpose</title><p>   Purpose. To study outcomes after the combined treatment of locally advanced colon cancer with intraoperative photodynamic therapy.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods. 35 patients with locally advanced colon cancer were included in the trial. Patients from the main group (n = 17) had intraoperative photodynamic therapy in combination with elective surgery. Patients from the control group (n = 18) had only surgical treatment. For photodynamic therapy, photosensitizer Photolon and “Lakhta-Milon” diode laser with wavelength 662 nm and power up to 2.5 W were used. Laser light was delivered via a quartz polymer fiber with diameter 600 microns.</p><p>   Results and discussion. Better positive immediate and long-term outcomes were registered in patients with locally advanced colon cancer from the main group, if to compare with the control group (length of hospital stay, number of remissions, relapses and mortality).</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion: Intraoperative photodynamic therapy improves outcomes after the combined treatment of patients with locally advanced colon cancer.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>интраоперационная фотодинамическая терапия</kwd><kwd>местнораспространненный рак толстой кишки</kwd><kwd>комбинированное лечение</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>intraoperative photodynamic therapy</kwd><kwd>locally advanced colon cancer</kwd><kwd>combined treatment</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Каприн А.Д., Старинский В.В., Шахзадова А.О.
