Конфокальная лазерная эндомикроскопия (КЛЭМ) или «оптическая биопсия» - это новая технология, которая позволяет получать изображения в реальном времени на клеточном уровне с помощью миниатюрных оптических систем, встроенных в наконечник небольшого зонда или эндоскопа. В работе представлено экономическое обоснование КЛЭМ для включения технологии в перечень медицинских услуг для пациентов в рамках высокотехнологичной медицинской помощи (ВМП).

Confocal laser endomicroscopy (CLEM) - or “optical biopsy” is a new technology that provides a real-time imaging at the cellular level using miniature optical systems built into the tip of a small probe or endoscope. The paper analyzes CLEM economic feasibility as a rationale for this technology to be included into the list of medical services for patients as high-tech medical care.
