Материал и методы. Проведен анализ 5085 ИАГ-лазерных реконструктивных операций, выполненных в период 1991–2018 гг. Возраст детей – от 2 месяцев до 17 лет (1/3 детей – до 3 лет). Более половины лазерных операций (61%) выполнены под наркозом. Результаты. Реконструктивная эффективность лазерных реконструктивных операций при различных заболеваниях глаз у детей составила от 87,7 до 97,3%; оптический эффект – до 89,3%, у 75% детей повысилась острота зрения. На основании анализа результатов выполненных операций разработаны показания к лазерной офтальмохирургии у детей. Заключение. Необходимо шире применять в детской практике ИАГ-лазерные реконструктивные операции при врожденной, посттравматической, поствоспалительной и послеоперационной патологии глаз, что уменьшит число детей, необоснованно подвергающихся повторным инструментальным хирургическим операциям со вскрытием глазного яблока.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the given paper, one can find indications for YAG-laser surgery in eye diseases in children which had been developed due to 27-year experience of the authors. Material and methods. The authors have analyzed 5 085 YAG-laser reconstructive interventions performed in 1991–2018. Patients aged from 2 months up to 17 years. 1/3 of children were younger than 3. More than half of laser surgeries (61%) were made under general anesthesia. Results. Reconstructive efficiency of laser reconstructive surgeries for various eye diseases in children ranged from 87.7 to 97.3%; optical effect – up to 89.3%, visual acuity increased in 75% of children. After analyzing the obtained findings, the authors have developed indications for laser ophthalmic surgeries in children. Conclusion.
