Применяемое лазерное излучение может повлиять на функциональные показатели как щитовидной железы, так и паращитовидных желез, так как они образуют единый морфофункциональный комплекс. Целью исследования являлось изучение влияния инфракрасного лазерного облучения области локализации щитовидной и паращитовидных желез при суммарной плотности дозы с поверхности кожи 112 и 450 Дж/см2 на уровень паратгормона (ПТГ) в норме и при гипотиреозе. Эксперимент проведен на 78 лабораторных крысах самцах. Показано, что лазерное воздействие достоверно изменяет уровень паратгормона как у интактных животных, так и у животных с моделью гипотиреоза в зависимости от плотности дозы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Laser irradiation has been successfully used to correct hypothyroidism in clinical practice. Laser light irradiation can affect functional parameters of both the thyroid gland and parathyroid glands, since they form a single morphofunctional complex. The aim of the present work was to study the effect of infrared laser irradiation of the location of thyroid and parathyroid glands at parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels in normal conditions and in hypothyroidism. The applied laser light had total density dose on skin surface 112 and 450 J/cm2 per. 78 male laboratory rats were used in the trial.
