Материал и методы: анестезиологическая защита была осуществлена у 58 пациентов (43 женщины и 15 мужчин) в возрасте от 23 до 79 лет, которым были выполнены холецистэктомия лапароскопическим способом (45 больных) и флебэктомия (13 больных). Пациенты были разделены на 2 группы (основная и контрольная). В основной группе (32 больных) анестезиологическая защита проведена методом мультимодальной сочетанной анестезии с сеансами ТЛОК, в контрольной (26 больных) -методом общей тотальной внутривенной анестезии. Заключение. Сравнительный анализ на основе мониторинга данных периферической и центральной гемодинамики и биспектрального индекса позволяют заключить, что комбинированное применение ненаркотических аналгетиков (акупан, парацетамол и кеторол) в сочетании с сеансами ТЛОК способно заменить в современной мультимодальной анестезии наркотические аналгетики, используемые с целью защиты от хирургической агрессии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose. To conduct a comparative study of two techniques protecting patients from the surgical aggression: multimodal combined anesthesia with transcutaneous laser blood irradiation (TLBI) and total intravenous anesthesia. Materials and Methods. 58 patients (43 women and 15 men), aged 23-79 who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (n - 45) and phlebectomy (n - 13) had anaesthesiologic support during their surgeries. Patients were divided into two groups (control and studied). In the studied group (32 patients) the anesthesia was multimodal and combined added with TLBI ; in the control group (26 patients) the anesthesia was general, total, intravenous. Conclusion.
